Meg and Penn’s wedding in Jackson, Mississippi was a perfect blend of tradition and fun, with a tasteful use of color that made the day feel lively and full of joy. They exchanged vows at the stunning Cathedral of St. Peter The Apostle on a beautiful May evening, under clear skies and warm spring sunshine. The celebration continued at the Mississippi Museum of Art, where the reception was filled with energy, laughter, and artful details.
The wedding’s color palette of yellow, blush, mint, sky blue, and dusty orchid was thoughtfully chosen to reflect Meg's vision of soft yet vibrant hues. The save-the-dates set the tone early, printed on mint green paper with hand-torn edges that added a personal, handcrafted feel. This same detail was carried through to her wedding invitations, which featured a blind-embossed wedding crest and elegant gold engraving. The hand-torn edges were a standout feature, requiring meticulous attention but adding a truly unique and romantic touch to the stationery. Even the wedding koozies carried their wedding crest in a tone-on-tone design, tying everything together beautifully.
